01.10.07 - Nokia 6500 Classic Joins O2 and Virgin Mobile
The new Nokia 6500 Classic Edition was Today Released on O2 and Virgin Mobile.
The Nokia 6500 Classic is a rework of an original Nokia model from some 6 years ago but there is nothing old about this new handset.
Firstly, it is officially the slimmest Nokia handset available at just 9mm thick and for a little style the outer casing is manufactured from annodised steel giving a feel of quality and expense.
The Nokia 6500 features a 2.0 megapixel camera with flash and zoom plus video support, the handset is also 3G enabled allowing for video calling using the secondary camera on the front of the phone as well as fast download speeds of streaming media such as the latets new and sports headlines, new movie trailers and prerelease music videos plus downloadable content including ringtones, games, wallpapers and themes.
This is classic design married with todays latets features, the new Nokia 6500 Classic has arrived.
Launched today on Virgin Mobile and O2 the handset is now available on 4 of the 6 UK networks.
